The cottage sleeps up to 6 people. Be notified that there is one closed bedroom with a double bed. There are 2 single beds in the basement and a sofa bed upstairs.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the cottage and on the porch when windows are open. Please pick up your cigarette butts outside.

No pets are allowed.

Guests are responsible for their conduct. No illegal activity should occur on these premises.

No powered pleasure crafts are allowed on Lake Nemtayé.

Respect our neighbors; please watch out for excessive noise, especially after 10 PM.

Use the washing machine only if necessary to maintain the quality of our environment.

Help us save energy by lowering thermostats at night and when you are away.

Guiding principle: leave the cottage in the state where you found it.

Clean up the place including the bathroom, kitchen and sweep the floors.

Put any used bedding, towels and kitchen towels in the washing machine and we'll take care of it at your departure.

Empty trash cans and recycling in appropriate bins (green = garbage, blue = recycling).

Guests will be liable for any damage or loss of equipment; the state of the premises will be checked before departure.
